What areas do you service?
We provide moving and advising services across North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, West
Virginia, and Georgia. If needed, we work with partnering companies to ship throughout the
United States and Canada.

Do you offer individual services?
We offer whatever you need! We can either provide complete, à la carte, or as needed solutions.

Do you offer packing and unpacking?
Yes, we offer complete packing and unpacking as requested or needed.

Can I pack or unpack myself?
Yes, although, any items PBO (packed by owner) are not covered the same as items we pack.

What is the cost of the first visit?
There is no charge for the initial consultation.

Does house/apartment size matter?
No, we have worked with clients from large estates down to one bedroom apartments. However,
the cost of our services will depend on house/apartment size.

How long does moving or downsizing take?
We work quickly to move our clients or assist with downsizing, but these processes depend on
scope and size of the home.

How do I get rid of my things I no longer want before a move?
When a customer has unwanted items, we advise them to either sell or donate those items. We
can recommend venues such as auction houses or donation centers where items will have a
greater return. Additionally, we set up accounts at these venues for you so that you will receive
any profits from the sale of those items.

Do you take a percentage of sales made from items that are sold?
No, we only charge time and material only. Any proceeds made go to the client.

How do I know I will make a profit on the sale of my items?
We can not guarantee the return on any item at auction or sales floor; however, we can identify
the venue with the best probability of return for a specific item.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes, we are licensed in North Carolina for moving and storage, are fully insured, and bonded in
accordance with state regulation.
